I had 2 bathrooms done by James, one of which included a tricky swap of a toilet and shower and so pipes had to be accessed under the driveway but nothing phased James and it was all taken in his stride. James was always courteous and professional and turns up when he says he will or lets you know if something has arisen. Both bathrooms were completed to an excellent standard and I am waiting for James to undertake further work for us on our radiators and boiler. One of the signs of a professional is that you may have to book a date and wait for your project to be done but it is well worth the wait. I have no hesitation in providing a recommendation.”
